This refund policy sets out how the circumstances under which you can claim a refund

BlueHub Solutions Ltd. if you are not happy with the goods
and services you have purchased.
Software licenses : You can claim a full refund on any BlueIntegrator
or other software licenses purchased from Quality
Componentware
Ltd. by notifying them within 14 days that you wish to do so. Please notify
us at email address
refund@bluessis.com if you wish to claim a refund.
Monies paid will be refunded in full via the original payment method within 7 days.
Your software licenses will become invalid, and you should completely uninstall
the software which will in any event generally cease to function once the licenses
are revoked.
Consultancy : You can generally claim a refund on any consultancy
you have purchased from
BlueHub Solutions Ltd. within 7 days
if you do not believe it has met the agreed objectives, and provided you have informed
BlueHub Solutions Ltd. of your dissatisfaction in good time
such as to give them a chance to alleviate and address your concerns. A maximum
of two days consultancy will be refunded in full via the original payment method
within 7 days. Please notify us at email address

Other goods and services : You will be explicitly notified
of our refund policy relating to other goods and services at the time of purchase.
