However, for your security, we do have a comprehensive Escrow arrangement in place, which guarantees that all customers will have timely access to the full SmartsIntegrator source code base (which is 100% Managed C#) essentially in the event that we are unable to adequately service Support requests or we discontinue the product.  This same agreement provides for the source code automatically becoming 'Open Source' under similar circumstances.
